We are delighted to invite you to be part of this year’s Diocesan Pilgrimage to the Shrine of our Lady of Walsingham. Kindly join us on this spiritual journey, led by Cardinal Vincent, to “England’s Nazareth” on 21st September.
The theme for 2024 is “Be it done unto me according to thy word”, echoing Our Lady’s words at the Annunciation. It offers a unique opportunity for reflection, prayer, and community fellowship as we walk in the footsteps of countless pilgrims seeking peace and inspiration at this Marian shrine.
7:30 am: Please ensure you arrive at the departure location, Sacred Heart Church
10.30 am: Arrival at Walsingham, & Sacrament of Reconciliation begins
12.00 pm: Pilgrim Mass
1.30 pm: Picnic lunch
2.15 pm: Gather for the procession along the Holy Mile
3.45 pm: Prayers, Benediction and final prayers in the grounds of the Anglican Shrine
There shall be some time for Personal Devotions and Exploration

Transportation: We will be traveling by coach
Cost: per person, £35 (adult) and £25 (children) covering transportation and pilgrimage levy.
