To book a baptism for your child, please contact the parish office at least six months before the baptism date. An application form must be completed. In keeping with the diocesan policy, at least one parent or guardian of the child needs to supply their baptismal certificate and the child’s birth certificate. At least one of the godparents must be a practicing Catholic. Parents and godparents have to attend a meeting with the catechist before the baptism takes place. Download baptismal form (PDF).
If your child is in Year 3 or above, 8 years old or older then, your child is illegible to join the First Holy Communion Programme. Parents must apply for their children; The deadline to submit your application is Sunday 29th September 2019. Download First Communion Form (PDF)

Whether marrying here or abroad, engaged couples should make arrangements to start the marriage paperwork at least six months before the planned wedding date and before finalising any social plans. Couples must be registered as parish members at least six months before booking their wedding.
Anointing of the Sick
If you are suffering from a terminal illness, have a chronic illness or will be having surgery soon you can receive the Anointing of the Sick. There is no reason to wait until near death, please contact us.
